Positive Vibes

A couple of weeks ago I did a course on 'positive influencing'. I know it sounds a bit wishy-washy but it was honestly one of the best learning experiences I've had. I got to thinking about the little things you can do anytime to give yourself a more positive outlook (go outside, write down 3 things every day that you're thankful for, laugh out loud, etc, etc) and I realised how often my mood can be lifted by something I've read or seen online - so I've decided to start sharing these things with you guys too. Enjoy!

  1. Great post concept! Since hitting a (long) rough patch in my life a couple of years ago, I'm very focused on doing things that make my heart sign. These activities are scheduled into my weekly agenda and every Monday, I run a post called Happy thoughts where I list what I'm grateful about from the previous week. It really helps me keep a positive outlook on life and ensures that I live life to the fullest, not making it all about work and no play. Keep it up!

  2. I love this post! I think that it's so important to slow down and think about what we're thankful for and what makes us feel positive because life is too short to do otherwise. I look forward to more "positive" posts in the future. :)
